
A long luxurious bubble bath is the ultimate way to relax and unwind. De-stressing is very important in today’s hectic go-go attitudes that we all seem to have.
A warm bath with sea salts and a few lit candles with your favorite music playing in the background is one of the best ways to a more calmer happy you.
Bathing should be a regular activity that you enjoy weekly. Break out your favorite lotions and potions now is the time. Don’t save your favorite stuff forever, it won’t last forever! Weekly bathing time is also the perfect time to do that coconut oil treatment or any of your favorite deep conditioning treatments.
Careful however, not to take hour long baths too often, in fact bathing and showering in warm, not hot, water should be 15 minutes or less. However, do not be too caught up with the time, because that would be defeating the purpose of a stress-free bath!
