Do you have thin fine hair that tangles really easily?
Do you have trouble combing through your hair after you shampoo and condition it?
Light leave in conditioner sprays work great. You will be able to comb easily through your hair without one snag, not one tangle. A little extra moisture will help your hair too, without weighing it down.
I really like Aussie’s Hair Insurance conditioner spray. The silicones in this product are mostly water soluble. Anything with PEG is water soluble and so is Dimethicone Copolyol. Amodimethicone is not water soluble but washes out a lot easier than others. So the cones will not build up in your hair, because they easily wash out with just water. It is a great deal and last for several months too.
I wash my hair and use a light conditioner that washes out in the shower too and then just spray the Aussie a few times in my wet hair and comb gently and effortlessly.
I spray a few mists on my hair at nighttime before I go to bed sometimes also. I then wrap my hair up in a high bun and sleep in it. Putting my hair up in a bun protects my ends from breakage and the light conditioner moisturizes while I sleep.
