We all know how important a healthy diet and exercise routine is to our overall well-being. Exercise reduces stress and reduces fat, such great benefits, but it can be so hard to maintain. As adults we have to make ourselves exercise. Adults have to do a lot of things they do not want to do, but they do them anyway. We have to make ourselves exercise, in order to loose weight. Just think about how happy you will be when you are done exercising.
It is very sad how they are so many sedentary people in America, I am one of them. Unfortunately, America is getting fatter and fatter. Yes, jobs with the long hours do not help. Perhaps, try going to bed earlier and waking up a half hour earlier than you normally do. As Benjamin Franklin said, “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.”
Try new activities all the time, it can keep you exercising and having fun while doing it. Or you could try just working out for five minutes and then if you really are tired then stop, but odds are once you start going you will not want to stop.
Loosing weight is also a mind thing. The mind and your thoughts are very powerful. Always think positive good thoughts. You will loose weight. Keep thinking that you are doing good and are loosing weight. Aim for progress not perfection. Develop a positive thinking habit and a healthy diet and exercise habit, after all it only takes 21 days to form a habit. Humans are creatures of habit and you will succeed with these healthy habits.
