Energy Drinks and Beauty Sleep

Beauty sleep matters. We should all be getting the recommended 7 to 10 hours of sleep every night. I know some days life happens and I can only manage 5 hours… Sometimes I need a little extra energy from coffee or energy drinks. I have never tried the BluFrog energy drinks, but I could use one right now. You know how the afternoons get to ya. Well, I just checked out the ingredients of the BluFrog energy drinks at their website and they are some wildly healthy energy drinks. One reason I do not drink energy drinks too often is because of all the calories and sugar. Well, BluFrog has only 68 calories and 17 grams of sugar in a 8.3fl oz. can, which is about half the amount of what is in other energy drinks! Plus, BlueFrog has lots of antioxidants, and we all know how antioxidants are great for your skin and overall well-being. I think I want to live in a Blu world right now, drinking some BluFrog please! :) So drink up some good antioxidants and then get that beauty sleep.

Beauty Sweepstakes

Today is Freebie Friday!

I love sweepstakes, who doesn’t!? Everything is always better when it is free. Do you play sweepstakes? I do. You can’t win, if you don’t play.

Playing sweepstakes takes a lot of patience and persistence. And it is a numbers game, the more you play the more chances of winning!

Here are a few beauty sweeps. Hurry and fill out the forms, some of them expire today!

SkinMedia a great company that carries an excellent vitamin C serum is having a monthly sweeps.

Women’s Health is having a sweeps with a new prize everyday in August and there are quite a few days left in August, so hit these great prizes up!

Jergens is giving away their Jergens glow products and this sweeps is a one time entry that ends today!

Allure magazine always has great sweepstakes and free samples on the beginning of every month. This one time entry sweeps contains a ton of prizes. Click on the brand that you want and enter each sweep.

Remember to look at the check boxes carefully, some of them say to opt out of the newsletters, click the box or unclick the box. They try to trick you, but if you just read carefully, you can eliminate some unwanted spam.

I also recommend that you use an email account that you don’t mind spam going to just in case. I have a separate email account just for sweepstakes. I have won quite a few prizes too, so you can win from sweepstakes!
