The Anti-Aging Ladies Perfume

The age of innocence with an anti aging ladies perfume. Smells bring back many memories. Smells arouse our senses and can make us feel good. Humans all have their own scent. Our natural scent can attract some people and not attract others.

So how we smell is very important. Perfumes can help us smell good and bring back memories. There is now a new fragrance that well not only help us smell good, but it will help us look younger!

Fragrance Designer Harvey Prince has designed a new fragrance that can make anti-aging claims. Harvey Prince researched a study over 10 years that tested men of different age groups to rate scents by the age of a woman.

Harvey Prince also looked at: “A study conducted in 2000 and published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology showed that women in the 40 plus age group have more than twice the levels of 2-Nonenal – which is associated with a ‘grassy, greasy’ odour – as well as higher levels of Omega 7 and lipid peroxides.” (cosmeticdesign.com)

Harvey Prince needed a fragrance that disguised the scent and also smelled of youth. The anti-aging perfume is called Ageless Fantasy.
“Although the formula of its fragrance is obviously a closely guarded secret, Harvey Prince says it used the research findings to create a scent that best masks odours associated with older age groups with scents that are associated with younger age groups. As a result Ageless Fantasy combines pink grapefruit, pomegranate, jasmine, mango and soft must to create a fragrance that is said to produce a significant ‘age-lowering’ effect when applied to the skin.”

Let the scent of youth come back to everybody and may we always be a kid at heart! Age gracefully whether you choose to buy an anti aging ladies perfume or not.

The Fountain of Youth: Water and Fat

Drink those 8 glasses of water a day!

Actually, it has been found that the number of glasses of water you drink a day has not been determine. It could be more than 8 or less than 8, it really depends on you and if your body is thirsty.

Drinking water does not affect the skin per se. Drinking water hydrates the inside of your body mostly. Yet, when someone does not drink enough water you can see it in their face. Not enough water in your diet can cause you to look older. However, it is actually you skin’s ability to retain water, not the amount of water that you drink. You could drink all the water in the world, but if your skin does not hold on to the water then it is pointless for your skin.
Aging is due mostly to the sun and fat loss. You must have enough fat under your skin for the skin to retain water. Many people with a low cholesterol diet often have dry skin because they do not have the necessary fat to hold onto water. In order for the skin to look younger longer the skin needs fatty acids, cholesterol, and ceramides. That is why botox injections are largely composed of injecting fat into the face. Fat makes the face look more healthy with a youthful appearance.

So up the walnuts, avocados, omega-3 fatty acids, olive oil, dark green leafy vegetables, whole grain foods, lean meats, and eggs.
Now is the time to eat that fat (essential fatty acid food) and drink that H20!
